Meet the new addition to our family!!!
Introducing Bailey Quinn...
We adopted her from Peaceable Kingdom yesterday. She is a Black Lab Mix and is about 10 weeks old. We're not sure what she is mixed with, maybe some Rotty, Shepherd or Pit. She has some brindle on her legs and some brindle beauty marks on her face :-)
We are so grateful to have her part of our family, since we've been trying to adopt for a few months now.
So far, in the 24 hrs that she has been here the cats are taking well to her. Delilah comes down (believe it or not!) but when the puppy jumps, she hisses a little. She has already learned how to sit and got to go to PetSmart and get her first bath today!! I can tell she is going to be a little mama's (or daddy's) girl, she is just too sweet!

aw! she's precious!! :-) i'm a sucker for those brindle patches too. have you started to watch the dog whisperer? there are some good tips on there...i'll have to come and meet her some day!
So cute!
Beautiful!
I love Hunter, but there are definitely days where I wish he were a lab....
My parents have a choc. lab and so far he has ate my dad's prescription glasses, a wicker chair, and a Sunday school book. He is worse than a one year old, hopefully the puppy stage won't last long for them! My Dad says he is the most loving dog. Ashlyn has since given up on getting a puppy due to the fact of getting a dog just like Buddy. She has since asked for a kitten.
She is SO beautiful! I'm am SO happy you got her from a no-kill shelter. Everyone should adopt a dog from a shelter/rescue organization. There are so many great dogs out there who need forever homes (stepping off soap box now).
Kristy, where have you been? I notice you don't comment anymore? I thought you were coming to Maine? What gives? Bring Bailey with you!
P.S. Nicky, I have five VERY cute kittens that are FREE!
I don't think kittens ship very well! I am trying to talk her into getting her ears pierced instead! Thanks for the offer. They are cute, but they eventually turn into cats.
No, these are special Maine kittens - they stay that way (wink wink).
She's SO cute! Have fun with her!
so you're working from home now?
Yeah Jones, whats up with that? Do tell!
